Taylor is currently the Head Women’s coach at Los Medanos College (Pittsburg, CA). After playing volleyball at Liberty High School (Brentwood, CA), Taylor played 2 years at Los Medanos College (LMC) as an Outside Hitter. She was named conference MVP during her sophomore year and received an athletic scholarship to Alcorn State in Mississippi, a D1 university, where she continued her volleyball career and education.

 ​After graduating in 2017 with a BS in Psychology, Taylor moved back home and became the assistant coach at LMC for 7 seasons. She has coached at many different age levels, girls and boys from middle school to the collegiate level. Taylor has also obtained her MS in Sports Psychology and is currently in school to earn her teaching credential and a Masters degree in Education. Taylor said, "Volleyball is my passion and I love spending my time sharing my knowledge and love for the game.“
