Mondays: June 8th, 15th, 22nd @ 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Liberty High School Gym

Fridays: July 10th, 17th, 24th, & 31st @ 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Antioch Community Center Gym

Co-ed, High School Grades 9-12 for the '26-'27 school year

$10 Open Gym fee. Please register prior to your first Open Gym. Cash or tap-to-pay is available at the door for all Open Gyms you attend after the first.

Mondays & Wednesdays: 6:00- 8:00pm at Dozier-Libbey Medical High School or Dallas Ranch Middle School

 Fridays: 6:00-8:00pm at Antioch Community Center

Monday & Wednesdays: Dedicated to Strength & Conditioning, Skill Development, and Gamelike Drills (Grills)

Fridays: Weekly, internal competitive Games

  • Who can join the Open Gym sessions?

    Open Gym sessions welcome youth athletes of all skill levels, from beginner/intermediate to advanced players, Grades 9-12 (for the '26-'27 school year). Our environment encourages learning and growth for every participant.

  • What should I bring to Training and Open Gym?

    Athletes should bring comfortable athletic wear, court shoes, a water bottle, and a positive attitude. We provide all necessary volleyballs and equipment during sessions.

  • How do the volleyball training programs support skill development?

    Our training focuses on fundamental techniques, game strategy, skill development such as coverage, rotations, and spacing. Physical conditioning focuses on plyometrics, strength, and agility exercises. Coaches integrate character-building and teamwork exercises to develop well-rounded athletes.

  • Are there opportunities for competitive play after training?

    Our Volleyball Training Program incorporates competitive play within our program. Athletes progressing through our training program can join our upcoming competitive volleyball club which will combine high-level competition with mentorship and leadership development.
